To keep your mug looking bright and beautiful, we recommend washing soon after use. Dishwashers' high-heat and hard-hitting detergents don't play nice with our screen-printed designs, so we suggest hand-washing instead. That way, your mug's design will stay cheerful and vibrant for many moons! Use warm suds and steer clear of scrubby pads or harsh cleansers.

Our mugs are shipped from London, UK via Royal Mail. They are carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard box.

We’re a small, artist-run studio and usually ship twice a week. You’ll get an email as soon as your order’s on its way.

Please allow around 3–5 days for UK, 5–10 days for Europe, and 10–15 days for everywhere else - though sometimes it can take a little longer.

A quick heads-up for international orders:

Deliveries outside the UK (including the EU) might be subject to customs duties or taxes. Unfortunately, we can’t predict these costs, but all parcels include the paperwork needed to clear customs. Any fees will need to be covered by the recipient.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase! If not, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, as long as it’s in original condition and packaging.

Please note, framed items are made to order and non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement, including delivery costs. Just email shout@tinyriot.co for a returns label (we may ask for photos).

International Returns
For orders outside the UK, returns are accepted within 30 days in original packaging and saleable condition. You’ll receive a refund minus the original postage fee, and return shipping is your responsibility.

Keep your proof of posting, as we can’t replace lost or damaged returns. The returns address is on your original postage label.

Framed items remain non-refundable.
