IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION REGARDING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We have been advised of a cyber attack within the national postal system which may disrupt shipments leaving the UK. These systems are used by Royal Mail to prepare and track and trace overseas mail. This is causing significant delays to overseas orders and we are currently also unable to track these orders. We are waiting for an update from Royal Mail.
All Prints are shipped from London, UK
UK - FREE
Europe - £15.00 (FREE over £150)
Rest of the World - £18.00 (FREE over £150)
All of our prints are sold unframed and shipped on a tracked service via Royal Mail. They are carefully rolled and wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a wide, sturdy cardboard postal tube.
We are a small artist run studio and aim to ship twice a week meaning all purchases will be dispatched within 4 days of placing an order. A dispatch email will be sent as soon as your order leaves our studio. For UK deliveries, please allow 3-5 days. For international deliveries, please allow 5-10 days for Europe and 10-15 days for the Rest of the World. However in these unprecedented times delivery can sometimes take a little longer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
Orders sent outside the UK (this now includes the EU) may be subject to import duties and/or tax and processing fees. We have no control over these costs and are unable to estimate these extra charges at checkout as amounts vary depending on the country of destination, the value of the order and the local delivery partner. All parcels are sent with the relevant paperwork needed to clear customs. The recipient is responsible for paying any tax levied by their country's custom office.
We of course hope that you love your purchase, but if you do wish to return your item(s) you can do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase. It must be in the original condition and packaging. Once received we will offer a full refund.
If in the disappointing and unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or defective, you can return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your item(s). It must be in the original packaging. We may ask for images of the damaged product and/or packaging. Once received we will send a replacement or refund for the full amount including delivery cost.
